Upcoming: 2/21/25 (Saturday), 6/22/25 (Sunday) This guided silent retreat includes a serene nature hike, meditation, breathwork, and a calming sound bath, all guided with care. You’ll have dedicated time for self-reflection and journaling, with the option to do so by the tranquil lake if the weather allows. We’ll break the silence during a sharing circle, creating space to connect and reflect on our experiences together. Here is the tentative schedule for the retreat. Please note that it is subject to change. Schedule: 9:15-9:45 AM - Welcome & Opening Circle Brief introductions, grounding, and setting intentions for the day. 10:00-10:45 AM - Nature Walk (Optional) A gentle walk through nearby hiking trails. 11:00-12:00 PM - Guided Meditation A calming meditation session to center participants and prepare for the day. 12:00-2:00 PM - Lunch & Reflection A break with home cook lunch, allowing time for journaling or quiet contemplation. 2:00-3:00PM - Breathwork Session A guided breathwork practice to release tension, open energy pathways, and invite mindfulness. 3:00-4:00PM - Sound Bath Journey Participants lie down and immerse themselves in healing vibrations from crystal bowls, and other instruments. 4:00-4:30 PM - Closing Circle Group reflections, sharing insights, and a short gratitude practice to end the day.
